Japan Insight Pass ("JIP") is an AI-powered Japan market intelligence subscription platform operated by Jakore. The service provides AI-assisted research, expert-validated reports, a knowledge base, and a weekly digest to help businesses navigate the Japanese market.
JIP offers monthly and annual subscription plans. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Jakore to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year.
All payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy. Jakore does not store your payment card details. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes depending on your jurisdiction.
New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 7 days of their first payment. No refunds are issued after 7 days or for subsequent billing periods. To request a refund, contact yony@jakore.com within the 7-day window.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Account page or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Intelligence reports and content generated through JIP are licensed for your internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense reports to third parties. All platform software and branding remains the exclusive property of Jakore.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to reverse-engineer the platform, scrape content in bulk, or use JIP for any unlawful purpose. Jakore reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
JIP is provided "as is." While we strive for accuracy, Jakore makes no warranty that information is complete, current, or error-free. AI-generated content should not be treated as legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.
